I need everyone to come out for this, this will be a huge playing area. It will combine elements of Convoy and Hostage rescue. Please bring 5$. Briefing will be at 1015 sharp. Game start is at 1100. If you are late to briefing you may not get to play. Stay tuned for more updates
An army combat correspondent and cameraman have gone missing after an attack on the US FOB in the midlehar province. Their current location is unknown. JCS has ordered USSOCOM forces to prepare to find and retrieve the the camera team at all costs.
USSOCOM forces are on standby, and because of the necessity for a rapid strike they will insert with minimal supplies and will have to gather what they can from the surrounding area.
In the strike on the FOB, the terrorists captured multiple WMDs, as well as medical supplies, weapons, ammo, as well as a Fulton surface-to-air recovery system. Terrorist forces will hold these at all costs.
USSOCOM Rules:
USSOCOM forces will have semi auto fire only (except for SAWs) until they find an ammo can and take it to their insertion point.
Once the USSOCOM forces find the terrorist weapons cache they can destroy it to disable all terrorist explosives (Suicide bombers and Grenades)
If USSOCOM captures the STARS system they will gain a mobile respawn. Until they have that all respawns will be at the insertion point.
For USSOCOM forces to utilize a vehicle they must have one living member in the vehicle, they can then drive to the insertion point and respawn all dead members.
USSOCOM forces may fire from their vehicles, while in vehicles they are considered to be safe from small arms fire, however occupants will not be safe if the vehicle enters into the designated terrorist stronghold (will be marked)
Medical supplies will allow USSOCOM to play with medic rules
To win USSOCOM must capture both the WMDs AND correspondence team and take them to the insertion point
USSOCOM engineers can repair vehicles by standing next to them for 1 minute. If they die the time will restart.
Terrorist Rules:
Terrorists may start at any location on the field
Terrorists will only be able to respawn in one of two designated areas, respawns are 3 minutes. Respawns are a no fire zone (no fire in or out)
Terrorists can utilize suicide bombers by holding up a special white rag (they will have three to use in the game) once they do there will be an explosion with a 50 foot radius. It kills all personnel in the area and disables any vehicles in the area, the terrorist dies in using it.
Terrorists may not drive vehicles
Terrorists may disable vehicles by throwing a special grenade (given to them at game start) into them
Terrorists may attempt to enter into negotiations with USSOCOM in order to regain supplies from them (IE trade the cameraman for an ammo can)
Terrorists can not take items from the USSOCOM insertion point
