Hey guys, i was hoping to suggest a training for one of the upcoming weeks. I think we should work on some movement, cover, and firing so that we don't let Goose take out half our team just an idea! Thanks!!

Not a bad Idea, I think we also need some set in stone hand signals, we got some and for the most part I know what people are trying to convey, but I think we ( or maybe its just me ) could improve on this.

Start by reading your Tac ops. Then read the training manuals posted on front page of AOA websight. Educate yourself first and then we can show you phisacally how to do it. Reason being why teach u hand signals when you don't stay together. All of you on Aoa are resposable for training. Pick something u would like to do. talk to your higher ranking and lets get a date set and u train the class. U will retain more and be able to push people on the field if u have to research the class. The patch on your arm makes you an equal on our team. So. Command at a game. Host a game or do a team traing. As a team member this is your duty to learn not to always fallow. Perfect your skills. Host a creative scenario. As board members we have experience in all of these things and want to guide you. So u new recruits. Drive this team. Host some games and perfect your skill. Don't want to see the same face hosting and training all the time. Plus doing all of this for the team gives u a better since of ownership. Good luck Speak up this is your team. Now all of u direct question to Stryker. .

I'm going to make a whole days training out of Movement-Cover-Firing. It will not be boring, I promise you that.

Helpin u out with some ideas Myagi, you should incorporate DMR's in your training because it's beginning to be a more and more popular choice of play

I didn't mention but for what it's worth, if I can help, I did study cartography and remote sensing/satellite/photo interpretation in University, and have LOTS of experience in compass, GPS, and simplier forms of navigation. We generally used topo with UTM grids, so its pretty familiar. The experience includes a 35 mile "surival" trek through heavily forested, unmarked, hilly terrain with a buddy no compass no GPS, just a topo. So kinda been there, any way I can help on the map topics, let me know otherwise I'll just sit quiet like a good student.

Every skill we each excel in can benefit all of us.
